What's in a Bandbox?
You will receive two brand-new vinyl records by the same popular, critically-acclaimed artist, an exclusive magazine all about the artist and an illustrated track-by-track listening guide for one of the albums!
Can I customize my Bandbox each month?
You sure can! Just log in to your Bandbox account, click Manage, then Edit under Update Choices and choose the artist for your next Bandbox. If we don't hear from you, we'll send you our latest monthly release!
When will my box arrive each month?
Your Bandbox will ship during the first week of the month. Please allow up to one week for it to arrive through USPS. Once we’ve shipped your box, you’ll receive an email with tracking information!
When will I be billed?
You will be billed on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on July 1, you will be charged again on the first of each subsequent month. You must sign up by the 6th of a given month to receive that month’s box.
How do you make sure I don't get any records I already own?
Message us on Discogs at bandboxvinyl so we can check out your sweet record collection and, more importantly make sure we don't send you an LP you already own!
Can I exchange the records I receive from Bandbox?
Sure! If you already have a record or if it’s not quite your style, you can exchange it for any album we have in stock. However, the record(s) must be unopened and still in the shrink wrap. Simply email email@example.com to receive a list of the albums we have available, send the record(s) back to us in your Bandbox sleeve and we’ll put the new LPs in the mail. You pay for shipping to us, and we cover it on the way back!
I don’t want to cancel, but I need to take a break for a little while. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause your Bandbox subscription for up to two months in a row at a time.
Will my Bandbox include any exclusive vinyl?
Soon! Once we get enough monthly subscribers, we will regularly be including exclusive pressings, such as colored vinyl and limited editions of hard-to-find records. (So tell all your friends!)
How do you curate each box?
We want to expose the world to fantastic music. A celebrated artist is spotlighted in each box, and we place an emphasis on including at least one stone-cold classic LP by that band or singer. The second record will usually be an overlooked gem that we feel more people should know about, but sometimes it will be another of their well-known works. You can also expect to receive an occasional gift, such as a poster, sticker or 7-inch single!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Shipping to Canada costs an extra $13 (CA$17) and Mexico $17 (₱330).
Are you just going to harvest my credit card information?
What?! No! Who hurt you? Are you okay? That is a strange question. The answer is no. Our goal is to provide great music to great people, not to steal anyone’s credit card info.
